Your Subscription

Setting up your Wifi on the Go subscription is simple. Complete your enrollment and submit your initial payment, and your equipment will be shipped directly to your doorstep—typically within 3-5 business days. Future payments will process automatically each month. Set it and forget it!

Subscriptions must be established using a valid bank debit or credit card. Prepaid cards, cash app cards, or other forms of payment may result in subscription cancellation at LeanStream’s discretion. Subscribers with terminated or delinquent accounts may have new subscriptions applied to resolve outstanding balances before activation.

Program participation is limited to two (2) lines per eligible student-family to ensure a unique and sustainable experience.

Subscriptions are monitored for compliance with program policies, and LeanStream reserves the right to cancel non-compliant accounts. Program participation requires active subscriptions processed through LeanStream's web-based enrollment portal. Subscription payments are drafted monthly, and the subscriber is responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date payment information. LeanStream reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or other policy violations. Termination Policy: If a subscription is canceled within six (6) months of enrollment, all equipment must be returned to LeanStream. Subscribers are responsible for any associated shipping costs.
